In the app, or turn reminders off in your phone's notification settings.

How do I cancel my membership or get a refund?

Memberships are billed by Apple or Google. See Refunds and cancelling for the steps.

I moved to a new phone. Will I lose my days?

No. Sign in with the same Apple or Google account and your days and progress come with you.

How do I delete my account?
