Delete my account

You can delete your Manna account and everything we hold about you at any time.

How to delete it

Email support@gathermanna.app with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address of the Apple or Google account you sign in with, or tell us that address. We confirm your request and delete the account. A delete button inside the app's settings is on its way.

What happens

• Your account is closed straight away, and you are signed out.
• Within 30 days we erase your settings, progress, review deck, quiz results, hard-night message counts and support messages.
• Crash reports contain nothing that identifies you and expire on their own within 90 days.

Your membership

Deleting your account does not cancel a membership, because Apple or Google bills it. Cancel it in your store first; here is how.
